Kid Expo features exhibitors from throughout the Santa Clarita Valley showcasing products and services for children. From sports to karate, dance to art, gymnastics to books and tutors, kids and parents can discover the many local events and businesses available for children throughout the SCV. There will be fun games, arts and crafts, reading and storytelling, art, music, sports, and entertainment. There will also be a special appearances by cartoon characters.A Book Faire will offer storytelling and a variety of age appropriate books for children.

This year we are pleased to expand the event to include interests for teens. Live bands, rock climbing, skateboard demos, video arcades and more.

In addition, there will be two stages - one featuring the talents of local kids performing gymnastics, karate, song, dance, and the other with local teen rock bands.

Pet a Shark at Kid Expo!

Aquarium of the Pacific's "Aquarium on Wheels" will be present at this year's Kid Expo, sponsored by Bellasport. All attendees will have the opportunity to experience this mobile education program. Aquarium on Wheels is dedicated to developing children's appreciation for the wonders of the ocean environment, and central to their program is their mobile tide pool. Children and adults will have the chance to touch sharks, sea stars, anemones, urchins, and other marine inhabitants. Don't miss out on this fun and memorable experience!

Experience the Old West

William S. Hart Museum, a part of the Los Angeles Natural History Museum, will bring a little of the Old West to this Year's Kid Expo. Children will have the opportunity to dress up like Cowboys and Cowgirls, see genuine cowboy artifacts, try their hand at trick ropes, and learn to wash clothes on a washboard. Chumash Native American artifacts will also be on display, and children will be able to dress up like a deer hunter and crush acorns like the Chumash tribe did.
