Fireman's Brew is a microbrewery started by two Los Angeles based firefighters that produces a line of 3 signature beers - Fireman's Brew Blonde, Brewwnette & Redhead. Welsh Baker
The Welsh Baker is America's premiere purveyor of Welsh Cakes. A little known British delicacy hand made, with no preservatives, all natural ingredients here in Santa Clarita. Not quite a cookie, not quite a scone, delicious with coffee, tea, milk or alone.

Schreiner's Fine Sausages
Schreiner's Fine Sausages is a truly unique German Deli that has been providing a wide range of fresh and smoked meats, including Bratwurst and Knackwurst, for over 55 years. Jill's Cake Creations
For over 30 years, Jill's Cake Creations has been providing delicious, award winning cakes to the SCV and beyond. We have proudly been a participant of the Child & Family Center's Taste of the Town every year since its debut at the Piru Manion in 1988.

Castaic Lake Water Agency
Castaic Lake Water Agency is a public agency that provides about half the water supply to the Santa Clarita Valley. We purchase water from the State Water Project and sell it to our local water purveyors: CLWA Santa Clarita Water Division, LA County Waterworks No. 36, Newhall County Water District and Valencia Water Company. CLWA’s mission statement is “A public agency providing reliable, quality water at a reasonable cost to the Santa Clarita Valley.”

Shave It
Honestly put, a SHAVE IT is a soft cup of snow, drizzled with several exotic flavors made from recipes handed down from many generations. Sushiya Bar & Grill
Sushiya Bar & Grill exploded into the SCV dining scene by offering fresh fish at reasonable prices. Combined with great service and contemporary decor, Sushiya Bar & Grill has quickly become one of the best dining options in the SCV. Their sushi options are top notch, offering sushi, sashimi and rolls with fresh fish and combined prefectly with other ingredients so that they complement and not overpower the fish. Sushiya also offers an array of other delicious selections for those that don't eat sushi. And for those that are budget conscious, they offer a happy hour and specials during the week and weekends.

House made food, beer and desserts. Private event banquet room and off site catering. SCV’s only working brew pub and restaurant located on the corner of McBean and Decoro where we serve a large menu that includes brick oven pizzas, fresh salads and tasty sandwiches, pastas, chicken, steak, seafood and more!
