
Debbie Holbrook

Debbie Holbrook is the Director of Deployment, Itinerary and Market Planning at Princess Cruises. With almost two decades in the cruise industry, she has worked in revenue management and most recently in deployment and itinerary planning, where she was responsible for determining where the fleet of Princess ships would sail worldwide. She also chairs the CRUISE Community Service committee and serves on the Princess Cruises Community Foundation. She graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Agricultural Economics and grew up on a farm raising just about every type of farm animal in Dixon, California.
She is an active leader in the Santa Clarita Valley, home to Princess Cruises, holding many leadership roles in charity events and serves on non-profit boards including the Child & Family Center. Debbie has also served on the Junior Chamber International (JCI) of Santa Clarita as California State President and US National Vice President.
Debbie has been recognized for her many endeavors including JCI Outstanding Member of the Americas, SCV 40 Under 40, San Fernando Valley 40 Under 40 and the SCV Zonta Club Carmen Sarro Woman of the Year Winner for advancing the status of women in her community.
Debbie has a massive collection of Starbucks mugs from around the world, a great cat-co-worker Molly who is stationed on her desk at home and a basset hound named Carlye. She also enjoys traveling the world by ship, train and foot and just finished her 38th cruise, this time on Seabourn Venture to meet the penguins of Antarctica and jump into the sea for her birthday polar plunge.
