Kimberly Hirano, LCSW has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of mental health. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from University of California, Riverside, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California with a focus on Industrial Social Work and a concentration in Older Adults. She has worked in various capacities, as an Intake Therapist, Outpatient Clinical Therapist, Dialysis Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor, Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Coordinator, Utilization Review Analyst, Assistant Clinic Regional Manager, and currently as the Division Director of Access & Specialty Programs since 2018. Kimberly is responsible for overseeing the management, budget, and clinical component of the Access department, Psychiatry services, Outpatient treatment, and Substance Use Treatment and Prevention program. She has introduced Animal Assisted Therapy to two agencies, with her therapy dog Jordyn.
