Linda manages the overall administration functions, including administrative services, facilities, information technology (IT), and human resources (HR) for over 150 Child & Family Center employees in three locations. While collaborating with the senior teams on organizational projects and plans, she ensures that the Agency meets its strategic initiatives and goals. Linda provides leadership, vision, and direction in the development of organizational strategy in alignment with the overall culture and mission of Child & Family Center.
Linda is PHR and SHRM-CP Certified, and earned a BBA in Management from the Walsh College of Accountancy and Business. With over 10 years of experience leading HR and other administrative functions, the last 4 with Child & Family Center, she has demonstrated success in developing cohesive and productive teams while contributing to a collaborative and transparent Agency culture. Linda has expertise in navigating administrative compliance, strategic management, recruiting and retention, risk management, budget allocation, and streamlining technology while maintaining an internal and external customer focus.
