Ms. Thomas joined Child & Family Center team in March 2021 and been working in the social services field for over 12 years. Starting in the substance use treatment field, she obtained her Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC-II) before graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Springfield College. Ms. Thomas has worked in all levels of treatment including detox, residential, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and sober living. She has experience working in both the non-profit and for-profit settings.

Ms. Thomas’ roles have included case manager, counselor, admissions counselor, and program manager. She became interested in the underlying reasons for using substances, and graduated Antioch University in 2018 with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. Tiffany became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in October 2020. Tiffany uses a trauma informed approach to treat clients in her private practice. In 2023, she was promoted to Division Director, Specialty Programs and oversees the Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Program, Domestic Violence Program, and Prevention Program. Tiffany loves to use her clinical background to guide her supervision with her teams, and is fulfilled by helping programs expand throughout the community.
