Gifts of $250 or more will receive a custom commemorative tile in our lobby.
Gifts of any amount will be recognized and every hero will receive a card in their honor.
Your support is critical in enabling us to help children and families facing mental health, substance use, or domestic violence issues.

$250: 4″ × 8″ | $500: 8″ × 8″ | $1000: 12″ × 12″
Once we receive your donation for the tile, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit the tile’s customized wording.

I would like to honor my hero with a donation amount of less than $250 (please note, a tile is NOT included). However, we will send your hero a card letting them know you have made a donation to honor them.
