Insurance information

All Vendors are to carry General Liability Insurance; The limits are to be $1,000,000 General Liability per occurrence. $1,000,000 Auto Liability (if it applies) and $1,000,000 Workers Compensation if they have employees. Sub-Contractors will need to have their own General Liability Policy that cover them while working at Blomgren Ranch under their guideline.

This is required as the Additional Insured: Child & Family Center 21545 Centre Pointe Pkwy Santa Clarita CA 91350 to be listed as Additional Insured, including a Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement
