STAFF TRAINING
Child & Family Center supports training, licensure, and employee professional development practices to ensure compliance, quality treatment to our clients, and self-care awareness to our staff.
We encourage continuing professional development and prepare qualified candidates for growth within company positions. We provide all of our staff on-going and thorough trainings from the moment they are hired to ensure compliance, quality treatment to our clients, and self-care awareness to our staff.
Continuing Education Units
We believe providing staff access to continuing education ensures that we provide the highest quality of care and service to our clients. We offer the Suicide Prevention and Legal and Ethics training required for California PhD/PsyDs, LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs.
We offer opportunities for staff to be trained in evidence based practices including Seeking Safety, Triple P, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Managing and Adapting Practice, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy.
Specialized Training
Certified staff members provide 40-hour Domestic Violence Training and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification.
