Ms. Lee has served in myriad nonprofit service and pro bono roles since the 1990s to positively impact the lives of socioeconomically disadvantaged adults and children. She has worked with domestic violence survivors, provided positive mentorship to youth and adult populations, successfully litigated against a slumlord in Los Angeles, prosecuted domestic violence crimes, chaired scholarship awards for women, provided pro bono immigration law services, and counseled callers on a 24-hour suicide and crisis hotline on which she would initiate rescue interventions with local law enforcement as necessary.

She is the Vice-Chair of the Child & Family Center. Previously, she was the Treasurer and Internal Affairs Chair.

Jennifer is an attorney of over 20 years with experience across a broad range of practice areas including complex commercial litigation, technology, criminal prosecution, antitrust, licensing, entertainment, real estate, and employment. She is admitted to the bar in the State of California and the District of Columbia, and is a licensed patent attorney admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School, a B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.A. in Biotechnology from Columbia University.

Jennifer began her career working in judges’ chambers, prosecutor’s office, and law firms. Previously, Jennifer was Founder of a business law firm, Senior Fellow for the Healthcare Innovation and Technology Lab at Columbia University, and commercial litigation attorney at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP where her practice focused on high-stakes technology litigation and trials.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and teaching her children piano and violin. She also enjoys giving back to her alma maters and has served on multiple alumni boards. Currently she serves on the Executive Board of the Notre Dame alumni association in Los Angeles.
