STUDENT TRAINING PROGRAM
At Child & Family Center, we are committed to the development of passionate and skilled clinicians interested in acquiring the clinical skills needed to thrive in a community mental health setting. Training programs are available for graduate students in Psychology, Social Work, and Marriage and Family Therapy.
OUR STUDENT TRAINING PROGRAM OFFERS
- Exposure to a client population that is ethnically and culturally diverse.
- A supportive learning environment to develop foundational skills in community behavioral health services for children, families, and adults.
- Intensive training and curriculum with an emphasis on client-centered engagement, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.
- Onsite mentoring and supervision by highly experienced clinicians and other allied mental health professionals who are committed to the success of students.
